Pork Chops in Creamy Dion Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- 22 oz frozen ravioli
- 1 stick butter about 1/2 cup
- 1 whole shallot minced
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp basil chopped
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese for garnish
- 1 Pinch Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and cook ravioli according to package instructions.
2. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
3. While the ravioli is cooking, make the butter sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
6. Add the shallot and cook until tender (about 2 minutes).
7. Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and basil. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
8. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
9. Pour the ravioli into a serving bowl. Pour lemon basil butter sauce over the ravioli and stir gently to combine.
