Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup carrots chopped
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt adjust to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper adjust to taste
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits cut into small pieces
Directions
1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth over medium heat.
2. Add the cooked chicken and mixed vegetables. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well.
3. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the biscuit pieces to the pot, gently stirring so they don’t stick together.
