Slow Cooked Ham

Ingredients
- 1 whole cooked spiral or bone in Ham 6-8 lbs
- 1 cup Pineapple juice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 can pineapple slices 20 oz
- 1 jar maraschino cherries
- 1 tbsp dijon munstard
- 1 tbsp honey
Directions
1. Place half the pineapple slices on the bottom of the crock pot.
2. Set the ham on top of the pineapple bed, cut-side down.
3. In a bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, honey.
4. Pour the mixture over the ham, ensuring it flows between the slices.
5. Decorate the ham with the remaining pineapple slices, securing with toothpicks if needed.
6. Add maraschino cherries to the center of each pineapple ring.
7. Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, basting once or twice if possible.
8. Once finished, let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
